The grievance raised in the present petition is that the order dated 27.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) has not been complied with by way of deciding the application of the petitioner seeking renewal of licence within a week, which was agreed to have been done by the learned State counsel at the time of disposal of the earlier petition.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Dr. Madhvi, State Mining Engineer, has informed that some new documents have been appended by the petitioner, which needs verification from the Pollution Control Board and the application for renewal of licence as well as the appeal filed by the petitioner shall be decided positively within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

In view of the aforesaid specific statement made by the learned State counsel in the Court today, the present petition is disposed of. 4.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
