*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) The challenge in this writ petition is to the Sanad dated 07.07.2021 (Annexure P-10). Primarily the contention is that the petitioners were not served and were illegally proceeded against ex parte. Against the Sanad, remedy of revision lies before the concerned Commissioner. Thus, in the first instance, the petitioner should approach the Commissioner rather than coming to the High Court directly. Faced with this situation, learned Sr. Counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw this petition and submits that the Commissioner would be approached within 10 days from today. Proceedings for transfer of possession have commenced and the petitioners may be protected till they approach the Commissioner.
