The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 27.05.2025 (Annexure P-13) whereby he has been ordered to retire at the age of 55 years on the ground of adverse remarks in ACR. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that impugned order is stigmatic, thus, it is contrary to judgment of this Court in a bunch of petitions including 'Naresh Kumar Vs. State of Haryana', 2025 SCC OnLine P&H 2865.

Ms. Rajni Gupta, Addl. AG, Haryana who on advance notice is present in Court seeks time to get instructions.
