MADAAN Present:- Mr. Gaurav Arora, Advocate for the petitioner. *** The grievance of petitioner Omwati, who is working as Sweeper with Indian Red Cross Society, Faridabad on contract basis is that despite the DC rates having been revised as per salary policy of Haryana government, she is still being paid wages as per old DC rates; that she had submitted a written representation dated 13.9.2021 (Annexure P-1) but that has not evoked any response, therefore, she has approached this Court by way of filing the present civil writ petition praying that respondent No. 2 Indian Red Cross Society, Faridabad be directed to decide the representation at the earliest.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and if some action in the matter is warranted then the needful be done in accordance with law.
