Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner - Dalipa Ram is an accused in FIR No.72 dated 07.09.2019 registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 120-B, 506, 34 IPC, at Police Station Jodha, District Ludhiana and the challan has already been presented. In view of the above, no further action is called for. Disposed of.
