In view of the above and for the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed as prayed for, subject to all just exceptions.

As a result thereof, main case is preponed from 16.10.2024 and taken on Board today itself.

CWP-20664-2024 (O&M) CM-15651-CWP-2024 Application for withdrawal of the main petition liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action by challenging the order dated 09.09.2024, whereby, the respondents have now rejected the submissions/grievance of the petitioner raised in reply to notice dated 16.07.2024.
