Learned legal aid counsel submits that after registration of the FIR No. 98 dated 4.7.2018 registered at Police Station Sadar Hoshiarpur for offence punishable under Sections 420/379 of IPC, police has not presented final report in court so far.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to represent to Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur with regard to his grievance and on filing of representation, the same will be looked into and further legal action as required will be taken.
