The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.0344 dated 12.07.2019 registered under Sections 346 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City Palwal, District Palwal and all subsequent proceedings arising out of the said FIR.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that in the interregnum, the petitioner in the present case has been acquitted vide judgment dated 18.08.2023 and the said fact has been verified from the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Palwal. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
