ARUN PALLI, J (ORAL) None had caused appearance on behalf of the appellant on February 08, 2013 and the case was adjourned to 26.8.2013. Position was not any different even on the adjourned date but still the matter was adjourned to 05.3.2014. Again, the position was the same.

Today, the matter has been called out twice since morning but none has caused appearance on behalf of the appellant to pursue the appeal.

That being so, the Court is choiceless but to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.
