Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the final result, dated 27.07.2024, Annexure P-19, for the post of TGT Science, qua category no.12, to the extent the petitioner has not been given additional three marks for experience. 2.

Learned State counsel has referred to the announcement, dated 27.07.2024, declaring the final result of selection pursuant to advertisement in question, 2/2023. It clearly mentions that the result has been prepared solely on the basis of written examination marks, without giving any weightage of socio-economic criteria to the candidates. It is not disputed that marks of experience are admissible only under the criteria. She further contends that detailed marks of the candidates will be uploaded on the Commission's website after the period of Model Code of Conduct is over.
