The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking quashing of impugned order dated 13.05.2025 (Annexure P3) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/ FTSC, Sirsa in FIR No.121 dated 10.08.2020 under Section 22-B of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Odhan, District Sirsa whereby bail of the petitioner has been cancelled and bail bonds/ surety bonds have been forefeited to the State and further warrant of arrest of the petitioner has been issued.  2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was unable to appear before the trial Court as he wrongly noted the date as 23.05.2025 instead of 13.05.2025. Therefore, vide impugned order dated 13.05.2025, the trial Court has cancelled the bail of the petitioner and issued warrants of arrest against him. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions further submits that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the trial Court on each and every date and Sonia Puri 2025.07.25 18:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.39410 of 2025 -2-   shall not seek any exemption from his personal appearance on any date of hearing before the trial Court. Hence, in the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner prays that directions be issued to the Trial Court that his bail application, which he would be filing on his surrender, be decided expeditiously. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material placed on record.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, No legitimate ground to interfere in the impugned order dated 13.05.2025 passed by trial Court is made out and the present petition is hereby, dismissed.  7.

However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within 07 days from today at 10.00 am and moves an application for grant of regular bail, on his doing so, the trial Court shall consider and decide the same on the very same date, in accordance with law. 24th July, 2025 (H.S.
