Petitioner,who stands retired as Senior Assistant has filed the instant petition seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 7.9.2017 (P-4) vide which his suspension period from 5.9.2014 to 26.9.2016 has been treated as "leave of the kind due". Further prayer is to quash the order dated 7.12.2017 (P-6) vide which his appeal challenging P-4 has been dismissed.

At the time of hearing,counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition on the ground that fresh order dated 24.4.2018 has been passed which the petitioner also wants to challenge in the present petition.
