Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, both of them jointly moved an application under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 before the competent Court. It is his further submission that in terms of the compromise, appellant has to revalidate the draft already deposited with the Registry and hand over the same to the respondent. In view of the above development in this case, the appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. The Registry shall return the draft deposited by the appellant who shall revalidate the same and hand over the revalidated draft to the respondent in terms of the compromise. (M.
