Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.330 dated 02.11.2021, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 506 IPC, at Police Station Sadar Tavru, District Nuh. Vide order dated 24.11.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Head Constable Manoj, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
