Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.448 dated 01.11.2021, registered under Sections 20 and 29 NDPS Act, at Police Station Israna, District Panipat. Vide order dated 24.11.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kuldeep, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
