**** RAJAN GUPTA, J. (Oral) By virtue of order dated 02nd May, 2019, C.M. No. 9677-CII of 21019, was allowed and the present appeal was converted into the petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (in short 'the Act'). On the same day, statements of the parties at the first motion were separately recorded. Statutory period envisaged by the Act was also waived off. Case was adjourned to today for recording statements at the second motion stage. At the outset, Mr. Sudeep Mahajan, Advocate, submits that he is representing both the parties in the present petition as the petition is now joint in nature being under Section 13-B of the Act. He also submits that a demand draft for the remaining amount i.e. ` 9.00 lakhs has also been brought to the court. Statements of the parties has been recorded separately today at the second motion and the draft has been handed over to petitioner No.2. In view of the statements recorded separately, the marriage of the petitioners is hereby dissolved by decree of divorce by mutual consent under Section 13-B of the Act.
