RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to official respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action against accused/private respondent. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has already filed complaint/representation, on 01.07.2024 but no action has been taken on the same till date.
Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On the asking of the Court, Mr.Tarun Aggarwal, Sr.DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.
