**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that settlement agreement was executed before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 23.03.2023. Thereafter, a petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act was filed before the competent Court at Narnaul and divorce has been granted in accordance with law.

In view of aforesaid factual position, learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the appeal. Dismissed as withdrawn.
