(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the official respondents to carry out demarcation of the land, which comes under Arainwala to Lakhewali road in District Fazilka.

Mr. Karminder Singh, Advocate appears and files his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.5 in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Prabhjeet Singh, Block Development and Panchayat Officer, submits that the prayer for demarcation, submitted by the petitioner, would be considered by the concerned authorities within a period of four weeks from today.
