The present appeal is against the judgment and decree dated 20.04.2015 passed by learned District Judge, Ropar whereby the divorce petition filed by appellant Ajay Bansal against respondent Neetu Bansal on the ground of cruelty and desertion under Section 13(1)(i-a) and (i-b) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 was dismissed.

Counsel for the parties states that the matter has been amicably settled in terms of settlement/agreement/compromise deed dated 06.03.2017.
