CM No.2712-C1 of 2016 and RFA No.2609 of 2013 Applicants seek early disposal of the appeal in terms of the order dated 1.10.2010 passed by this court in RFA No.1824 of 2006 (Sudama and others Vs. State of Haryana and another). Notice of the application to Advocate General, Haryana.

On the asking of the court, Sh. Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice and fairly states that the instant appeal is covered by the order dated 1.10.2010 passed by this court in Sudama's case (supra).

In view of the abovesaid common stand taken by learned counsel for the parties, instant appeal is ordered to be disposed of, in terms of the order dated 1.10.2010 passed by this court in RFA No.1824 of 2006 (Sudama and others Vs. State of Haryana and another). Disposed of, accordingly.
