The prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the FIR No.0108 dated 13.07.2017 for the offence under Section 174-A IPC, registered at Police Station Kalka, District Panchkula and all other consequential proceedings initiated along with charge sheet dated 04.09.2017 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioners stand acquitted in the matter.

Dismissed as infructuous.
