(Oral) By this petition, filed under the provisions of Section 439 of the Cr.P.C, the petitioner seeks interim bail to join his niece (Bhanji) marriage for two days, with FIR no.707, dated 01.09.2014, having been registered at Police Station City Jind, District Jind, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 302, 120-B of the IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the maternal uncle of his niece, with even the girls' father having expired and therefore his presence at the marriage, which is to take place on 24.11.2021, i.e. the day after tomorrow, is most necessary.
