On asking of Court, Mr. R.K.Doon, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.

Mr. Rahul Jaswal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and decide the representations dated 06.09.2019 (Annexures P-5 and P-6) within some specified time.

CWP No.25414 of 2019 {2} In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to decide the decide the representations dated 06.09.2019 (Annexures P-5 and P-6) by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, representations are not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
