On 15.11.2023 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned to 15.03.2024. Thereafter the case had been adjourned by order on three occasions. On 18.02.2025 again none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned to today to be taken up in the urgent list. Today yet again, despite the matter being called twice since morning, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present revision petition.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
