Learned counsel for the petitioner faced with the fact that he has an alternate remedy to approch the Controlling Authority in terms of the provisions of Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, which is to determine the question of entitlement, prays for withdrawal of the petition to do the needful as had been done in the case of Anita Verma and Another vs. Secretary to Governor Haryana and Others, CWP-14997-2025, decided on 23.05.2025, Annexure R2/10. 2.
