ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges non-compliance of the order dated 16.02.2023 passed in CRWP No.8017 of 2022, vide which a direction was issued to the Superintendent of Police, to look into the grievance of the petitioner regarding the threat perception to the petitioner and her family members and to resume the electricity connection in the house. Counsel for the State has placed on record a Kalendra under Sections 107/151 Cr.P.C., registered against both the parties in order to take preventive measures.

Counsel for the State has submitted that the police authorities are not competent to restore the possession and with regard to maintaining law and order, necessary action has been taken. In view of the above, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly.
