At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 has informed the Court that after 19.01.2019, newly selected regular candidates have joined the post and no regular post is lying vacant. But respondent No. 2 has not terminated the services of the petitioner and she is still continuing. In view of the said fact, the petition is dismissed. However, in the near future if post remains vacant, respondent No. 2 shall give preference to the petitioner to work on the post on contractual basis.
