Appellant wife by filing instant appeal has laid challenge to the order dated 1.12.2016 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Jalandhar whereby her application under Order 9 Rule 13 read with Section 151 CPC for setting aside the ex-parte order of divorce dated 20.5.2011, has been dismissed.

At the time of hearing learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the instant appeal as the parties are reported to have compromised the matter. Allowed as prayed.
