Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is entitled to 5 additional marks for experience as ANM on contract basis, gained by her while working in GMSH, Sector-16, Chandigarh under the National Health Mission. Reliance in this regard, has been placed on the orders passed by this Court on 29.11.2024 in CWP-19509-2020 and 13.12.2024 in CWP-33666-2024, Annexures P-6 and P-7 respectively, to which there was no challenge made. Despite similarly circumstanced candidates being granted the marks, she is being denied, which is discriminating. In this regard, learned counsel states that she will submit a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case petitioner submits a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided, taking note of the aforesaid orders, within a further MOHIT 2025.07.18 15:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-19975-2025 (O&M) -2period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to her and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith.
