Prayer made in the present petition is for quahing the order dated 06.02.2018, whereby the provisional pension has been released to the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel submits that during pendency of the present petition, gratuity that was withheld, has since been released, however, without interest, regarding which he shall submit a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.
