The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 29.08.2016 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-25238-2014, whereby respondents were directed to decide the claim of the petitioner. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 29.08.2016 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-25238-2014, reply by way of affidavit dated 03.04.2026 of Rakesh Saini, Estate Officer-1, HSVP, Gurugram, along with speaking order dated 14.12.2023 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of the respondents in the Registry.
