Dated Police StaƟon SecƟons 31.07.2020 City Batala, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur 302, 328, 120-B IPC and 61 of Punjab Excise Act The peƟƟoner incarcerated in the FIR capƟoned above, has come up before this Court under SecƟon 439 CrPC seeking interim regular bail for six months on medical grounds.

Counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that the medical condiƟon of the peƟƟoner is worsening day by day and she was not aƩended properly and prayed for interim bail.

On the other hand, State counsel submits that they are providing proper medical care to her and assure this Court that proper treatment will be provided to peƟƟoner.

Given above, the present peƟƟon stands disposed of. Liberty is reserved to the peƟƟoner to file a fresh peƟƟon in case, the State does not provide proper treatment to her within 15 days from today. It is clarified that on this ground alone, this Court shall consider the fresh peƟƟon for interim bail. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
