It has been averred in the application that due to intervention of respectable and relatives of the parties, a compromise has been arrived at between them and the parties has started living together as husband and wife.

After hearing learned counsel for applicant-appellant and perusing the contents of the application, which is supported by an affidavit of applicant-appellant, the Civil Miscellaneous Application is hereby allowed and the applicant-appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal.
