Present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner/defendant laying challenge to the order dated 13.07.2023 (Annexure P/4) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Ludhiana whereby the application filed by the petitioner/defendant under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC for rejection of plaint, has been dismissed.

At the very outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the main civil suit stands decided by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Ludhiana vide judgment and decree dated 30.01.2024. It is accordingly prayed that the present petition be disposed of, as such.
