MEHTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as per the instructions from the arguing counsel, informs the Court that the instant revision-petition has become infructuous as the Civil Suit, out of which it had arisen, has already been decided by the concerned trial Court vide the judgment passed on 19.01.2024 and he prays that this revision-petition be disposed of accordingly.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has no objection in disposing of the present revision-petition in view of the above-discussed submission as made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

Resultantly, the revision-petition in hand is, hereby, disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
