The petitioner seeks issuance of a direction to the respondents to grant him benefit of step-up increments upon completion of 9 years and 14 years of service and for payment of arrears in respect of the same, which are stated to have been illegally denied to the petitioner although his juniors are stated to have been granted said benefit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that although the petitioner had submitted a legal notice dated 19.6.2023 (Annexure P-3), but to no avail. 3.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner but without commenting anything as regards merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities concerned to consider and dispose of the legal MOHAN SINGH 2023.09.22 15:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
