[1] Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

[2] This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 154, dated 27th November, 2018 under Sections 323, 324, 379, 427, 148 and 149 IPC (Section 326 IPC was added later on) registered at Police Station Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur. [3] Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time and realizing that the complainant is yet to be examined, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the prayer at a later stage.
