*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.507 dated 12.12.2018, under Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 34, 342, 392, 506, 458, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City Tohana, District Fatehabad.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

The prayer is accepted.

The petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
