(Oral) The present petition has been filed for seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents not to reissue the passport of the minor children namely Veronica Venus (D.O.B.- 02/12/2017) and Kabir Lathwal (D.O.B.- 01/12/2020) at the instance of respondent No.4, without written permission/ NOC from the petitioner or without obtaining the specific permission from the Court of District Judge. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
