S.D.O. Store DHBVNL Tohana District Fatehabad & Ors. ........RESPONDENT(s).
CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURINDER GUPTA
Present:
Mr. Abhishek Yadav, Advocate for the appellant (s).
******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.
Heard.
This is an appeal against the judgment of the Courts below whereby the suit of the appellant-plaintiff was partly decreed allowing him the benefits of service rendered in Indian Army for fixation of pay scale as well as pensionary benefits. However, he was denied the dress allowance as he failed to produce on file any evidence to show that he or any other employee was entitled to get the dress allowance. In view of the concurrent findings of the Courts below and lack of evidence in this regard, no reason is made out to take any different view. No question of law what to talk of substantial question of law requiring determination arises in this appeal, which has no merits. Dismissed.
