Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail legal remedy i.e. filing of appeal before the Financial Commissioner as required under Section 51(5) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn and petitioner is permitted to avail the alternative remedy as provided under the law. However, to enable the petitioner to prefer an appeal, interim order dated 16.04.2018, passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court, shall remain operative till 25.10.2018.
