***** As agreed by learned counsel for the appellants as well as learned counsel along with representative of the respondent-Insurance Company, a sum of Rs.1,51,00,000/- (rupees one crore fifty one lakhs), over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal, is allowed to the appellants in full and final settlement of the claim in the present appeal. Learned counsel for the appellants states that out of the enhanced compensation of Rs.1,51,00,000/- (rupees one crore fifty one lakhs), an amount of Rs.70,00,000/- (rupees seventy lakhs only) be disbursed to appellant No.1, namely, Tanushree Agarwal, and Rs.40,50,000/- (rupees forty lakhs fifty thousand only) each be disbursed to the minor sons i.e. appellants No.2 and 3, namely, Kayana Agarwal and Karshni Agarwal, respectively.

Accordingly, we dispose off this case with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit a demand draft of Rs.70,00,000/- (rupees seventy lakhs only) in the name of appellant No.1, namely, Tanushree Agrawal. An amount of Rs.40,50,000/- (rupees forty lakhs fifty thousand only) each in the name of the minor sons i.e. appellants No.2 and 3, namely, Kayana Agarwal and Karshni Agarwal, respectively, shall be kept in the shape of FDRs in their names till they attain the age of majority. National Lok Adalat Bench No.01 shall be deposited within a period of six weeks from today failing which the said amount will carry interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of this order till deposit of the demand draft with the office of the Lok Adalat. The concerned officer of the Lok Adalat Branch/office shall issue proper receipt to learned counsel/representatives of the respondent Insurance Company after receiving the demand draft and FDRs. The appellants' counsel/appellants may collect the same from the office of the Lok Adalat.

Before parting with the order, the Bench would like to record its appreciation for the efforts made by the learned counsel for the parties, especially learned counsel for the Insurance Company, because of whose efforts the settlement was made possible.

Copy of the order be supplied /sent to the counsel/parties and file be returned to the Hon'ble High Court.
