YOGESH SHARMA 2019.10.22 16:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-8841-2018 (O&M) MAIN CASE Claim in present writ petition is for appointment to the post of Principal in terms of Advertisement dated 23.06.2017. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has already attained 60 years of age i.e. age of superannuation. The factum of petitioner having attained the age of 60 years could not be controverted by Mr. R. Kartikeya, learned counsel representing the petitioner.
Keeping in view the aforementioned facts, grievance of petitioner, in present writ petition, no longer subsists. No ground is made out for interference. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
