M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) The appellant-husband has filed the present appeal against the dismissal of his petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, seeking divorce from the respondent.
Counsel for the appellant submits that pursuant to settlement arrived at between the parties, they have filed a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, in which statement of both the parties at first motion stage has been recorded on 2.4.2018 and the next date of hearing fixed in the said petition is 3.10.2018. In view of the parties having already agreed for getting the marriage dissolved, this appeal as well as the application under Section Raj Kumar Arora 2018.04.23 11:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, are disposed of as having rendered infructuous without prejudice to the rights of the appellant to approach this Court for revival of the appeal in case the parties fail to abide by the terms of the settlement arrived at between them.
