Petitioner - Davinderdeep Singh, aged 25 years, has filed instant petition u/s 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of FIR No. 104, dated 20.08.2024, under Sections 420, 406, 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Kot Bhai, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
