ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) CM-4247-C-2021 This is an application for withdrawal of the Regular Second Appeal in terms of compromise. For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed as prayed for.

On oral request, the main appeal, which is otherwise pending for 04.02.2022 is taken up on Board today itself. Main case Regular Second Appeal herein is against the judgment and decree dated 14.02.2012 passed by Additional District Judge, Kurukshetra whereby, an appeal against judgment and decree dated 30.09.2011 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Pehowa, was dismissed and the judgment and decree of the learned Lower Court was upheld. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that a compromise has been effected into between the parties. Therefore, he is under instructions to withdraw the appeal.
