Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing of the Advertisement dated 26.04.2021 (P-1), wherein the respondents have failed to mention the requisite / minimum marks obtained under the Ex-Servicemen Category. At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioners, wishes to withdraw the present petition.
