Learned counsel for the petitioners primarily seeks bail on ground that both the petitioners are inside jail for more than a period of 06 years, though he does not dispute involvement of petitioners in other criminal cases.

In view thereof, instant petition is disposed of. However, trial Court is directed to make all endeavours to decide trial finally within next three months from today, without adjourning proceedings for unnecessary reasons.
