Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that both the parties have amicably settled their matrimonial dispute and they have in fact proposed to file necessary petition invoking the provision under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the competent Court, so he wants to withdraw the present appeal. In view of the above statement made by learned counsel appearing for the appellant, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
